Prices are for labor and materials and start from a standard install: attached garage, main panel within 25 feet, spare capacity for a 60A circuit. Long runs, concealed conduit, detached garages, condo garages and panel upgrades are quoted after a free on site check. The charger unit itself is supplied by you.
The city part is on us. You approve the number, we handle the rest.
We look at your panel, measure the run to the charger, and confirm what the install actually needs. No charge, no commitment.
You get one number in writing, with the permit line shown separately. We book the install date that works for you.

Yes. Florida requires an electrical permit for any new 240V circuit, whether the charger is hardwired or fed from a new NEMA 14-50 outlet. In our Permitted Full Service package we file the application, attend the rough and final inspections, and handle the paperwork. The city permit fee itself is billed at cost and varies by municipality, roughly $75 to $500 in Miami-Dade.
No. You buy the unit from Tesla or a retailer, currently around $475, and we install it. That way you keep the warranty and the Tesla account registration in your own name.
Most installations are completed in 2 to 4 hours on install day. If your panel needs an upgrade, we schedule a follow-up, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
We run a load calculation before every install. If your panel cannot carry the additional load, we quote a panel upgrade separately so you see exactly what it costs. No surprises on install day.
